Kenai River Floating Cleanup Event

Join us for a day of giving back to one of Southcetral Alaska’s favorite sportfishing rivers!

📅 Saturday, May 9th

📍Sportsman’s Landing to Jim’s Landing in Cooper Landing

⏰ Suggested Start Time: 9:00–10:00 AM

🍽️ Food & Gathering: 1:00PM–4:00 PM

We’re inviting anyone who loves fishing, rafting, hiking, or simply enjoying the Kenai River to come out and help us keep it clean and thriving. We’ll provide gloves and trash bags, and ask that you supply your own boat/raft and a good attitude! If you do not have a boat, but would still like to participate, we will have individuals walking-in and cleaning both boat launches.

After the cleanup:

Join us for food, community, and a chance to relax and connect with others from 1–4 PM.

Bring your friends and family, your gear, and your love for the outdoors. Let’s work together to keep the Kenai River clean for future anglers!
