Housatonic River Tree Planting- November 8th!

Join us for an afternoon of family-friendly fun with TU and Housatonic River Brewing on Sunday, November 8th! We’ll be planting a few hundred native trees and shrubs along the banks of the Housatonic and enjoying some great live music, delicious foods, tasty craft beers, free fly casting demos and more. Come plant some trees, learn a bit more about the Housatonic River from TU conservation staff and spend the day with like-minded river enthusiasts enjoying the sites, suds, and sounds at Housatonic River Brewing! This is a rain or shine event. Please bring appropriate footwear and attire for planting. All other tools and instructions provided by TU staff.
