GGA All Member Meeting

Hello GGA members, friends, and interested parties.

You are cordially invited to attend a GGA All Members Meeting on Thursday, November 12th at the Cobble Creek Clubhouse in Montrose.  Appetizers and drinks will be available beginning at 5:30 pm and the meeting will begin at 6 pm.  The agenda includes:

• A summary of GGA activities and accomplishments in 2026

• A discussion of GGA/TU efforts to address the impacts of low flows and high-water temperatures on the Gunnison River trout fishery,   

• A presentation by several students from the Peaks Academy on the Trout on the Classroom program at their school. 

We also hope to have a speaker from CPW to discuss CPW’s fishery management work in 2026 and their priorities for 2027.

There will be plenty of time to ask questions and provide feedback on what GGA is doing right and how we can improve.  

There is one important action item on the agenda.  GGA/TU members are required to approve the 2027 Board of Directors and Executive Officers.  There are several available positions available on the 2027 Board and the Executive Committee.  In addition, nominations will also be accepted from the floor.  If you are interested in serving on the Board, please let us know at gunnisongorgeanglersctu@gmail.com.
