GBTU Chapter Gathering at Cambridge Patagonia Store - Learn about our latest Embrace -A-Stream Project
Join GBTU members and supporters at the Cambridge Patagonia store for our next chapter gathering on December 5th, starting at 7pm. NepRWA intern Chris Ammann and NepRWA River Restoration Director Sean McCanty and GBTUs Conservation lead Evan Pesut will discuss GBTU’s Embrace-A-Stream projects that focus on the brook trout streams of the Neponset Watershed. We are just concluding year 1 of our latest 2-year project that is studying the impact of stormwater run-off on three brook trout streams of the Neponset Watershed. The GBTU Embrace-A-Stream projects would not be possible without the dedicated volunteers who have performed countless hours of community science. We still have a few opportunities for volunteers to participate.
The chapter gathering is free to attend and open to all, regardless of whether you are a Trout Unlimited member or not. Food and beverages will be provided and the Patagonia store will be offering 30% off store items to attendees of the event.
Please register for the event, so that we know how many people to expect.
