GA Highlands College Fishing Rodeo

Saturday, June 14th, 2025

8:30am-12:30pm

Annual Kids Fishing Rodeo at GHC Paris Lake.

The DNR will stock Paris Lake with catfish. We will set up our canopy and hand out catfish bait (Robert Looney's "Secret Recipe"), hooks, line and advice. We will talk about Trout Unlimited with anyone who visits our booth. We will also help with knots and tangled lines. Other community organizations will also have booths. The DNR will be weighing and measuring catches and award prizes to the kids. Rain or shine.

Bring your own lunch, soft drinks, and chairs. We need 4-6 volunteers, but the more the merrier!
