Join us for an evening of fine dining, camaraderie, and conservation! Enjoy a delicious dinner, silent auctions, raffles, and a special bamboo fly rod raffle.
🎤 Guest Speaker: Ethan Jessing, Maumee Middle School science teacher and leader of the Trout in the Classroom program.
🍽️ Dinner: $65 per guest (choice of entrée + sides, dessert, and appetizer)
🎣 Optional Add-Ons: Guest fishing passes ($70), overnight lodging available

Evening Highlights
Guest Speaker:
Ethan Jessing, 7th Grade Science Teacher at Maumee Middle School. He has engaged students in the Trout in the Classroom program (funded by the Ohio Environmental Education Foundation), hydroponics, composting, raised garden beds, and more. Recently, he joined the US EPA’s Lake Guardian research vessel via Ohio Sea Grant and the Center for Great Lakes Literacy. At the banquet, he will discuss the impact of the Trout in the Classroom program, its classroom extensions, and his experiences in environmental science education.

Harvest Trout – Walnut panko-breaded trout fillets over maple & butternut squash butter sauce, topped with Craisins

Dinner includes the above items. Additional purchases (bar drinks, tackle shop items, or breakfast/lunch for overnight guests) will be charged to your temporary Rockwell Springs account. You will be emailed an invoice after the event, and prompt payment is expected.

Guest Fishing Pass – $70 (for banquet attendees only)
A Guest Fishing Pass allows non-member banquet attendees to fish Rockwell Springs Trout Club.

Oxbow Lodge – $117.98 (4 rooms total)
Premier lodge with a large shared lounge, fireplace, TV, wet bar, and screened porch overlooking the stream.
Wilson House – $80.44 (6 rooms total)
Historic farmhouse with mixed room types (queen, full, and king). Some rooms have porch access.
Willows – $101.89 (8 rooms total)
Built as three pairs of adjoining rooms, each with two queen beds. Rooms 2–5 have patio access; Rooms 1 & 6 are a short walk away.
Streamside Cottage – $101.89 (2 rooms total)
Early-1900s barn conversion with two adjoining rooms, each with two full beds. Step-free layout; smoking allowed on the screened porch only.
