Fly Fishing the Croton Watershed - September Chapter Gathering at Orvis Darien

Join us at Orvis Darien for the return of our monthly Chapter Gatherings!

 

These meetings are free and open to all whether you're a member or not! - Feel free to bring friends, colleagues, and family members. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with refreshments and networking. The presentations typically start at around 7:00 p.m. following brief remarks and updates from the chapter. 

 

These events are a great opportunity to meet fellow anglers and conservationists, as well as learn a thing or two about local fishing opportunities and exciting projects we're working on!

 

This month, Chapter Coordinator Gerald Berrafati will discuss fly fishing the Croton Watershed in Westchester County, NY.

 

The Croton Watershed is an unbelievable resource right in our backyard! Featuring several tailwater streams that are fishable nearly year round, you can get a full days worth of fishing in (and then some) for wild trout - including some of the largest wild browns in the area without having to make the trip to the Catskills, Farmington or Housatonic Rivers.
