Fly Fishing 101 and 102
Are you curious about fly fishing but don't know what it takes it to get started? Join us for our monthly introduction to fly fishing class.
Fly fishing 101 is an introductory class that will take you thru the basics including a overview of needed gear/equipment, the use of entomology(bug sampling) to select the right fly, and a casting lesson. No fishing license is required for the 101 and all needed equipment will be provided for students to use, but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like.

Fly fishing 102 continues the introduction and will consists of wading safety, reading water, and fishing. You must have completed the 101 class to participate in the 102 and have a current Tennessee fishing license with trout stamp to go on the water. Fly rods and flies will be provided for students to use, but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like.
All ages welcome.
