FISHING TRIP TO THE CONNETQUOT RIVER STATE PARK PRESERVE


Connetquot River State Park Preserve maintains 3,473 acres of land and water for the protection and propagation of game birds, fish and animals. They have a hatchery and we fish below the hatchery in a stream that connects to a bay in the Atlantic Ocean. If we have enough participants we will have the entire stream to fish. Members of EJTU have priority on getting tickets. If there are open spaces then non-members can join us. The cost is $60 per person. To maintain the fishery the park has several requirement that must be followed. This is a FLY FISHING only stream. FELT SOLES are prohibited. you must have a NYS fishing license.
