This is the sign up for the online portion of the BAT training. You will also need to register for the Eastside BAT Training (In-Person)


Barrier Assessment Training (BAT) for the Eastside
Greetings to Washington TU Members on the Eastside. Summer is coming and so is Level A BAT training for the Eastside. Erin Eaton, TU staff member, and all-around awesome person will be leading a BAT training on June 3rd and 4th. The training on the 3rd will be virtual with a time TBD. If you can't make it, you can watch the training on our YouTube channel. The training on the 4th will be in person at a location TBD. Once training times and locations have been determined, participants will be emailed with the pertinent information. 

When is the training:
This program consists of two trainings that are required to join the WA Council of Trout Unlimited's Barrier Assessment Team (BAT)
  • June 3rd, time TBD, via Google Meets Video Conference
  • June 4th, time and location TBD

Attendance at both trainings is required. You can attend another locations training if need be. Contact the Event Coordinator, Carl Bevis, at carlbevis@yahoo.com with any questions you might have.

What to bring: 

  • Preferably waders, but high rubber boots are acceptable
  • Lunch and water
  • Dress for the weather, bring extra layers in case you get cold

Once registered, further information will be sent with specific locations to meet and the Google Meets Video Conferencing link.

Please note: This sign up is for the online portion (part 1) of the training. You will also need to register for the Eastside BAT In-Person Training (part 2)
