This event is free and open to the public. It will include both fly-casting instruction and a fly-casting game challenge. We’ll meet at Mohawk Trail Regional High School’s football field, 26 Ashfield Road, Shelburne Falls, MA. Bring your favorite fly rod (9ft in a 4, 5, or 6wt preferred), fly line, leader, and yarn fly (no hooks). Hats and sunglasses are encouraged for safety!
Jim Dowd is an avid freshwater and saltwater angler who was introduced to the sport at the early age of seven by his grandfather. He is a FFF Certified Fly-Casting Instructor.
