Are you interested in contributing to TU's database of trout spawning sites across the country or to supplement a more specific project? Tune into this online training, where Jacob Fetterman (TU Project Coordinator), will provide an in-depth presentation on how to identify trout redds. He will also train attendees on utilizing the Survey123 mobile application and TU Redd survey to document redds in your home watersheds this coming fall. We encourage all volunteers, chapters, and state councils to work with your local TU staff to identify areas to complete Redd Surveys. Last year, across the Battenkill watershed alone, 22 volunteers contributed to the surveying of approximately 25.5 stream miles and identification of 207 redds!
