There will be a Board of Directors meeting on April 16 at 7:00 pm. The meeting place is the Plaza Diner in Hudson, which is located at 300 Fairview Ave Ste 1, Hudson, NY 12534. The primary agenda topic is to complete our chapter annual report for submission to TU National, which in turn prompts TU National to file our 990-N tax forms. Additional topics will include fundraising plans, upcoming events, our “social get together” for our next meeting, and the upcoming meeting on the stream. Officers & directors are asked to attend. All other members are welcome, however attendance is optional.
