Hey CCTU Community!
CCTU's Moving Waters Thursday trips are scheduled throughout the spring and summer.
This activity is for you if you want to:
· Meet people in the chapter
· Explore Colorado rivers
· Help with an aspect of your fishing game
Our first event is fishing the Blue River near Silverthorne on May 23. Because it will be the middle of run-off, we will make a final decision on location the week of May 5. Stay tuned for updates.
The typical daily agenda for these trips is:
· 7:45am Organize carpooling at park-n-ride
· 8:00am Leave park-n-ride
· 10:00am Arrive at river
· 1:00pm-ish Lunch (Bring your lunch)
· 4:00pm Conclude fishing
· 4:30pm Begin return trip
· 6:30pm Return park-n-ride
A CCTU waiver is required for these trips. Please bring a signed one along with you to give to the trip organizer. If you need one, you can download from
