Details

In 1971, seventeen-year-old Tom Pero caught his first sea run brook trout with a 7 1/2' Fenwick fly rod (matched with a Pfluger Medalist fly reel of course) in Sandwich's Scorton Creek.  For decades, that singular fish remained a vision that has taken him across continents from the Arctic tundra to Patagonia in search of sea run fish. We are pleased to announce that Tom is returning to Cape Cod on October 14 to present a slideshow and selected readings from his new book Salter: The improbable return of the magical sea run brook trout to the little rivers of Cape Cod.
Because Tom will only have a limited number of copies with him, if you would like him to personally inscribe your copy at the meeting, we would recommend that you order Salter now at www.wildriverpress.com. Reading his masterpiece in advance will only enhance his presentation.

Pizza and drinks will be available for all attendees.  We ask everyone to register so we can get a head count.
