The November 12 presentation will focus on strategies for fishing at night for striped bass. Night is often a great time to find these wily coastal predators as they hunt our inshore waters. Josh Wrigley will discuss the how, when, where, and why of night fishing in a presentation that covers the basics from tackle to techniques.
Our presenter this evening is Joshua Wrigley, a local Cape Cod Trout Unlimited member who serves on the Board of Directors and leads the chapter's annual fly fishing school. Josh brings us his many years of experience as a dedicated saltwater fly angler and fly tyer. If you have ever had the privilege to fish with Josh, you quickly find he has an expert knowledge of our local waters. While Josh is often focused on fishing for striped bass, he enjoys the pursuit of bluefish and false albacore as well.
He currently works for the Town of Falmouth as the Coastal Resilience Specialist and is the former Assistant Director of Natural Resources for the Town of Sandwich.
Josh lives in East Falmouth with his wife Sharon and dog Penny.
This event is sponsored by Cape Cod Trout Unlimited.
