We begin to arrive around 6:00 pm to "catch up" with each other and to meet new members and guests.  Our meeting is called to order at 6:30 pm when new members and guests are introduced and chapter business updates are discussed.  Our guest speaker (TBD) will be introduced at 7:00 pm.  We normally adjourn approximately 8:00 pm.
 
Water and coffee is provided, or the Elks full service bar is open until 7:00 pm.
