Help set up, execute, and clean up after our Friday night program at Observer Ranch
Help us on the day of the event with check-in teams. Check-in help will also help get participants to their assigned beats. Some knowledge of the River Walk in Cañon City is helpful but not required.
This is a new role this year. Our tournament will be broken up into 4 or 5 sectors along the riverwalk. We need people there who can direct people to their beat, answer questions, and monitor teams to ensure they follow the rules. (You may sign up with a partner)
Help set up, serve, and clean up for lunch
Participants will receive dinner provided by the tournament team. We need help setting up, serving, and cleaning up.
In this role, you'll help us put out beat signage along the river. You'll meet at 6:00 AM on the day of the event to put out the signs at each beat along the river walk. This job only takes about an hour to 90 minutes, but it is incredibly important and an area we identified last year where we need more support.
We need help:
Checking to ensure the river walk is clean after the event
Ensuring the Rotary Pavilion and the area surrounding it are clean and free of any tournament remnants
