Spring Creek Chapter TU's 2024 Annual Fundraiser and Awards Dinner
Spring is just around the corner. That means it’s time to celebrate another successful year for the Chapter and look forward to some great fishing in 2024. We would be pleased if you would join us this year, and hope you’ll enjoy the evening and celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Chapter! Thank you for supporting our work in the watershed.
Doors will open at 5:30 with a social time to greet old friends and make some new ones. There will be time check out all the great raffles and auction prizes, and enjoy some snacks and free beer. The buffet dinner will begin about 7:00 followed by the awards program, live auction, and drawings, which will start after dessert about 8:00 and wrap up by 9:00PM.
Please take advantage of the discounted early registration tickets and register by February 19th. The cost of the banquet has risen, along with everything else it seems, but we have kept ticket prices the same as pre-Covid.
We plan to have tables of eight. If a group of eight or less wishes to sit together, the best option is for one person to sign up for all the tickets and list the other members of the party as guests. Alternatively each individual, or couple, in the group can separately buy their tickets, and indicate in the comments who they would like to sit with. We will do our best to honor all seating requests.
Similar to last year, we will conduct our silent auctions and sweepstakes online. The live auction, bucket raffles and other drawings will continue to be in person. Although the silent auction bidding will be online, you will be able to collect your auction winnings at the end of the evening. Sweepstakes entries for the Orvis Helios Rod/reel outfit and the Montana Trip will close at the dinner, but the prize winner will not be announced until Wednesday March 6th due to PA gaming regulations.
