The Canandaigua Lake Chapter of Trout Unlimited is taking reservations for its Intro to Fly Fishing School.  The school will be held on Saturday May 13th from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM in Crouch Hall at beautiful Onanda Park on Canandaigua Lake.  There is no charge to attend but advance registration is required as class size is limited.

The program quickly hits the topics most important to a beginning fly fisherman; hands-on casting instruction, an overview of the types of equipment and their use, and information about where to fish in our area. In addition, it provides details on how and where to find information to continue the learning process.

Please click Contact the Event Organizer below if you have your own flyrod that you would like to bring to the class.

Gordon Mueller, School Chairman, said: “Our Trout Unlimited members still remember and appreciate those who first introduced them to Fly Fishing. That’s one of the reasons why we’re so excited to see a new group of people start down this life-long learning process.”
