ECTU Annual Meeting and Fall Fishing Day

Mark your calendar for Saturday October 21, 2023 ECTU annual meeting, board elections and fall fishing day.  This year's meeting will include a fall fishing day on the Rio Grande.  The board meeting, annual meeting with board elections and burgers will be held at the Rio Bravo Campground Group Pavilion in the Orilla Verde area of Rio Grande Del Norte National Monument along HWY 570 (upriver from Pilar).   For fishing please bring rod, reel, wading gear, valid NM fishing license, valid BLM day use or annual pass, polarized sunglasses, rain jacket, dress in layers and anything else you usually bring.   Bring your own lunch if you plan to fish most of the day.  Cookout provided by ECTU.  Meeting is open and free to members.  Bring your own beverages.  Please RSVP so we know how many people plan to attend.

9:30am - 3:30pm:  Fish on your own
9:30am:  Meet at Rio Bravo Group Pavilion for "finding fish in the Rio" talk. 
10:00am:  Fly casting lessons and how to rig flies at Rio Bravo Group Pavilion.
2:30pm:  Board meeting at Rio Bravo Group Pavilion
3:30pm:  Annual meeting, board elections and grill burgers at Rio Bravo Group Pavilion
